- Am I doing something wrong or not dostatochno what I do?
- Coach Is it invented all this ... all this psychology is nonsense and does not work?
- Maybe I'm too difficult case only if I do not get what is perhaps worse - this is my karma?
- Maybe we should wait ... but how can I wait? I want results NOW!
Indeed, why not have the desired result as soon as you want to or why the changes are not happening?
1. Mission and identity - Who are you and what do you live?
All changes occur, starting from the stage of identification and mission in this life! In simple terms, when you realize WHAT do you live? What can you do?
For example, you say - I am healthy and happy woman with a loving husband and two children.
The coach can give you direction, but it is important for you to start living in a new way.

6. How to evaluate yourself - Result or process?
Sometimes we chase results so that we stop noticing the process. Very often the process is more important than the actual result. Of course, it depends on the mentality of the people. People in the East are process oriented, people in the West (including Bulgaria) - the result. No coincidence there are so many neuroses in our society. Found the path of personal development.
