How to live free


In every person living two parts.

One answer control and rules. It tells what to do, ensure safety, shows the boundaries and limitations. This part is called the controller. It often takes us further away from ourselves, but we need it.

The second part - want to learn new things, wants to grow, wants to take risks and explore. It's called research. It is our true inner self.

Both parts appear in our body even at birth.

The difference is that the controller is developed whether we do something special for it or not.

The researcher, however, if you do not grow particularly unlikely to grow up alone, rather the contrary, began to decline.

When the controller becomes very strong and great within us, the researcher almost disappears and you feel trapped. Often such people are easily annoyed by others, difficulty expressing their feelings and emotions often feel pressured or depressed. On the physiological level are possible diseases associated with the lungs, shortness of breath, asthma.

So resistance is an opportunity to bring light into our lives.


The pleasure, joy and happiness, it is a plus, but on the other end, sadness, depression and apathy, it is the negative aspect.

Halfway between fear and resistance lives.

How to move forward?

Think of situations where you have been very brave, successful, achieving and capable. Remember how you felt, how you look, what kind of people they were close to you, how do these people have treated you, what you are saying.

Get all the energy of courage and select something that any action that many scares you.

For example, tell your parents or significant person how much you love them.

Tell your boss about your new idea or to ask for a higher salary.

To ask someone for help or offer him your help.

Tell your sexual partner about their sexual desires.






Enter the state of the resource that brave explorer and when you feel the greatest fear, just go ahead.

Start with smaller fears and gradually increase their wishes. Be brave and allow the researcher to live with you 100%! Go through your resistance and you will find yourself at the other pole. Let there be light in your life!
